Here's a simple and classic Caipirinha recipe for you:

Ingredients:
1 lime (cut into wedges)
3 teaspoons of sugar (or to taste)
2 oz (60 ml) of cachaça (Brazilian sugarcane liquor)
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Prepare the Lime:
Cut the lime into 8 wedges. Place the lime wedges into a glass.
Muddle the Lime and Sugar:
Sprinkle the sugar over the lime wedges. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently muddle (press) the lime and sugar together to release the lime juice and essential oils from the rind.
Add the Cachaça:
Pour 2 oz of cachaça into the glass with the muddled lime and sugar mixture.
Mix:
Stir the mixture well to combine the sugar, lime, and cachaça.
Add Ice:
Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill the drink.
Serve:
Stir again briefly to chill the drink further and serve immediately with a straw or stirrer.
Enjoy your refreshing Caipirinha, Brazil's national cocktail!
